Our returns policy
You may return an unopened product in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt.
Conditions :
- Product in its original packaging.
- Unopened bottles.
- Proof of purchase required (order number).
Procedure :
- Contact us at contactvdp@progecat.fr to obtain a returns number.
- Send the parcel to the address we will give you.
- Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt.
Costs :
- You are responsible for the return costs, except in the event of an error on our part.
- The refund covers the price of the product + initial delivery costs (except for the express option chosen by you).
Exceptions :
Promotional or personalised wines cannot be returned.
