Returns & refunds

Our returns policy

You may return an unopened product in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions :

• Product in its original packaging.
• Unopened bottles.
• Proof of purchase required (order number).

Procedure :

1. Contact us at contactvdp@progecat.fr to obtain a returns number.
2. Send the parcel to the address we will give you.
3. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt.

Costs :

• You are responsible for the return costs, except in the event of an error on our part.
• The refund covers the price of the product + initial delivery costs (except for the express option chosen by you).

Exceptions :

Promotional or personalised wines cannot be returned.
